Under the California Public Records Act (Gov't Code§§ 6250 et seq.), and General Order No. 66-

C of the California Public Utilities Commission ("CPUC"), I am requesting an opportunity to obtain or inspect copies of public records as follows:

Location at issue:

Track 7602 Main Line 3 between milepost 2 and milepost 3 of the San Bernardino Subdivision in Colton, California;

• Tracks 0513 and 0514 off Track 7602 Main Line 3 going into the Liquid Sugar plant between milepost 2 and milepost 3 of the San Bernardino Subdivision;

Switch lining Track 7602 Main Line 3 and Tracks 0513 and 0514 going into the Liquid Sugar plant (un-numbered switch);

All walkways and right-of-way surrounding the Switch lining Track 7602 Main Line 3 and Tracks 0513 and 0514 going into the Liquid Sugar plant

Records requested:

Any and all CPUC inspection records;

Any and all reports of violations of CPUC rules or regulations;

• Any and all documents relating to accidents resulting in injury to persons or damage to property;

• Any and all documents relating to investigations of accidents resulting in injury to persons or damage to property;

Any and all evidence collected in preparing inspection, violation, or accident reports.

I understand that fulfilling this request may involve the assessment of processing fees, and I am willing to pay any such fees charged by the CPUC. Thank you very much for your assistance in the matter.
