This is a public records act (PRA) request, pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250, et seq), information (proposals, funding applications, rate increase or other project documentation) by or pertaining to Apple Valley Ranchos Water Company or Liberty Utilities or any affiliated businesses pertaining to any projects located within or adjacent to the Town of Apple Valley.

This request includes but is not limited to:

  • All California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) notices (NOP, NOC, NOA, NOI, NOD, NOE),
  • Any CEQA documents prepared for those projects (EIRS, ND/MNDs, Addenda, CEs and or Findings made pursuant to Public Resources Code (PRC) 21166 or State CEQA Guidelines Section 15162),
  • Staff reports, internal memos and or staff evaluations why any actions were not subject to CEQA review, and
  • Any and all applications, proposals and correspondence submitted to the CPUC by Apple Valley Ranchos Water Company or entities describing their proposed activities in or adjacent to the Town of Apple Valley.

Pursuant to the Public Records Act, we will expect a communication by 10 days from the date of this request, or by no later that August 5, 2018. Please provide these requested records in an electronic format, or if that option is unavailable, we will pay for the reasonable and direct cost of duplication of the documents.
